3.0 Multimedia Goodies

Daeva’s Report has once again outdone themselves with a post today containing all sorts of new official 3.0-related multimedia items! Wallpapers, screenshots, concept arts, even new screensavers! There’s also a link to their YouTube channel which contains a lot of the newer 3.0 videos, so be sure to check that out as well!
I’m hoping this means that 3.0 is coming SOON! ^_^

I ran across a cute fan video posted to the Israphel group on Facebook this afternoon, made by Etsuki, performing the English version of “Be My Baby” by WonderGirls and just HAD to share it with y’all!

Already looking forward to 2.7

Read some excellent news over on Daeva’s Report this afternoon. Seems the Korean PTS servers are getting the 2.7 update tomorrow and hooboy, I am loving what I am seeing so far from the notes! Among the updates, the following immediately caught my eye:
- A new type of Crucible instance: PvP arena where players can fight against opposite fraction
- Players can now chose to start Crucible training at stage 7 and to skip stages 1-6.
- Most of players 3k DP skills will have theirs cost of 3k reduced to 2k DP.
- Spiritmaster’s skill “Armor Spirit” cooldown was changed from 5 minute to 1 minute. (YES!!!! :D)
- Daily quests for Platinum Medals will be changed – now everyone in the group can obtain quest item from the mob. Also amount of medals earned from these quests will be increased.
The last one especially got me. That. Is. AWESOME SAUCE!!! ^_^

Empyrean Calling, I wants it!

Wow, it seems like only yesterday was 2.0, then it was 2.1, and 2.5 hits next week. The Korean patch notes have been up on the Aion site for a while, but now that the release is drawing closer, more and more information and guides are popping up everywhere! I haven’t had the time I’d like to play around on the PTS server, but what little I did see on my baby toons, I liked!! I’ve been bookmarking several guides over the past couple of days and want to post them here for y’all. :)
