Warehouse expansion ticket bug

I realized something this weekend: I had somehow forgotten to use the initial warehouse expansion ticket from the Month 9 Veteran Rewards on MistahJay’s warehouse. I had already used the Month 24 one with no problem, but the other one kept giving me an error telling me that the warehouse couldn’t be expanded any further. (I’d already expanded as much as possible with the other ticket, the expand button, and the expert reward)

I submitted a petition in-game last night just before logging off and was surprised to see a response this morning:

Hello Nicki,

Thanks for letting me know about this. If a character uses one of the expansion tickets from the 24 Month Veteran Reward before using the tickets from the earlier veteran rewards, the character will receive an error, and won’t be able to use the other ticket in order to receive the additional 8 Warehouse slots or 9 normal inventory slots. Our Quality Assurance Team is currently investigating this issue. In the meantime, I went ahead and removed the ticket you weren’t able to use, and mailed a new ticket to your character, which can be used to acquire the additional slots. The ticket will arrive in your character’s Mailbox within 24 hours. Also, if you do not see the additional slots initially, you may need to log out and then back into the game in order to see the change.

Ok, good to know! I figured I’d share on here in case anyone else runs into this. ^_^
